The best stay in whole kyoto!
The room! The hotel location and the staff were all amazing! Glad I booked the hotel. I loved how spacious the room was.. The hotel was next to the subway entrance making it super easy to commute. It was also in a very good locality and some of the major attractions are nearby within walking distance

This hotel is our absolute new favorite. Will absolutely be coming back!!
Everything about this hotel was incredible! The staff were all so welcoming, we got there very early as we traveled from Tokyo and they allowed us to store our luggage until the afternoon. Our room was so comfortable, spacious, and the bathroom/shower room was immaculate. Perfect comfy bed, lighting, amenities, just loved every single thing. There was complimentary water and fresh coffee available everyday too. The optional breakfast buffet was the best food selection EVER. Highly recommend!

Modern, chic & comfortable hotel.
A decent size room with all modern amenities. Very comfortable stay A very chic modern hotel with excellent breakfast options. Subway access just next door! Close to family mart. Even though it was on the main road we had no noise issues. Extremely quiet at night Ice maker and water cooler on the room foor!
We were to check out around 6:15 am to catch a train and requested the hotel staff for some basic breakfast like breads/jam/ready bakery items for us especially our kids. Their breakfast counter opened at 6 30 am and they were very hesitant to give us even that although it was a part of our stay package and asked us to wait till 6 30 am. Upon multiple requests to multiple people they relented at 6.25 and gave us some bread. It was really a let down after 6 wonderful nights of stay. I mean we understand there are rules but to be so stringent with them was totally unnecessary. Otherwise it was a great stay ! Would definitely recommend staying there.
